by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 12/04/2017.  I note you seek
access to the following information:

"Please provide the following statistics in relation to the average speed
camera system in operation on the A404 North Circular Road:

- Since going live in June 2016, how many Notices of Intended Prosecutions
have been issued to drivers for speeding offences, broken down by month,
for the section of the A406 between Hanger Lane and Bounds Green Road? "

The vast majority of people caught speeding by the MPS on London's roads
are detected and enforced. It should be noted that cases that proceed will
result in various positive outcomes including paid conditional offer of
fixed penalties, cases referred to court or attendance at a National Speed
Awareness Course.
