Dear Cumbria County Council,

I have read on the Garsdale Parish Council website that average speed cameras are to be trialed in the area, and as this is stated to also affect the Sedbergh area I think the information requested is important.

I wish to know:

1- Who will be paying for these cameras if they are permanently installed?

2- Who will be paying for their upkeep/maintenance?

3- Will Cumbria County Council be holding a public consultation on the introduction of these cameras and if not why not?
