Average salaries of Scheme Delivery Associates by age

Annalise brunet made this Freedom of Information request to Board of the Pension Protection Fund

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Board of the Pension Protection Fund,

Please provide the average salary for staff employed by the PPF, with the job title of Scheme Delivery Associate, Caseworker or Transition Analyst, working on either PPF or FAS cases, in each of the below age ranges:

18-24
25-29
30-34
35-39
40-44
45-49
50-54
55-59
60-64
65-69
70+

For the avoidance of doubt, the average salary is the sum of the salaries earned by all of the employees within each age range, divided by the number of employees within that age range.

Please use ages and salaries as at the date you receive this request.

Please do not include staff with the job title of Scheme Delivery Assistant (or those who are expected to become Scheme Delivery Assistants) in your calculations.

Yours faithfully,

Annalise brunet

Dear Board of the Pension Protection Fund,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Board of the Pension Protection Fund's handling of my FOI request 'Average salaries of Scheme Delivery Associates by age'.

Aside from the previous boilerplate reply, I haven't received any kind of substantial response within:

* the Board of the Pension Protection Fund's projected response time of 15 working days after receipt (or less);
* a prompt time frame as prescribed by section 10(1) of the Freedom of Information Act, or
* the 20 working day time limit as prescribed by section 10(1) of the Freedom of Information Act

The Board of the Pension Protection Fund is clearly in breach of the Act in relation to this request and has not even had the courtesy to contact me to explain the cause of the delays. The Board must be prepared to explain these delays to the Information Commissioner's satisfaction in the event of a complaint.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
