I wonder if you could check the average for bedsits, as this is shown higher than for 1 beds which does not seem accurate. If the bedsits figure is not accurate, that would alter the average for the category 'bedsits and 1 beds' which I also asked you to provide for me.

The figures for bedsits are accurate and correctly presented.

The average rent for bedsits is higher than that for one bedroom homes because the majority of our bedsits have a higher property value given that more of them are located in the west of the borough.
