Avastin use for wet AMD and DMO
Dear Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust (PCT),
I would like to know how many clinicians have been using the drug Avastin (bevacizumab) to treat patients with the eye conditions: wet age related macular degeneration and diabetic macular oedema between the 1st of January 2011 to the 1st of August 2012.
I would like the lists to separate - one for wet AMD, the other for DMO.
Yours faithfully,
Ben Adams
