The responsible officer does not wish for their personal data to be shared
as part of the response to this FOI. As such, we believe that releasing
this information would contravene the first data protection principle and
therefore section 40 (3) is engaged. We are not obliged, under section s40
(3) of the FOI Act, to provide information that is the personal
information of another person if releasing would contravene any of the
provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
