Dear London North Eastern Railway Limited,

It has come to my attention that York and Newcastle stations both have had automated announcements installed, provided by (ATOS) Wordline, as well as new Customer Information Screens.

Can you confirm that ALL of your managed stations will follow through with the installation of automated announcements as well as the CIS upgrade?

Also, is there a timescale or list as to when the next station(s) will receive the upgrade and installation of these systems?
