Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Recently, a new document was uploaded to the webpage for planning application HGY/2018/1582, the proposal to turn the Tottenham Chances community centre into private flats. This "Statement of Community Involvement / Updated 11 January 2019" can be viewed here: http://www.planningservices.haringey.gov.uk/portal/servlets/AttachmentShowServlet?ImageName=1210080

The document is unsigned, and contains no explicit indication of its authorship.  Would the local authority therefore please describe what is known of the provenance of this document, detailing the individual or entity who authored it, and the method by which it was conveyed to the authority? It was emailed, please provide a copy of the email in which it was sent.
