Authorship of "Statement of Community Involvement / Updated 11 January 2019" (HGY/2018/1582)
Dear Haringey Borough Council,
Recently, a new document was uploaded to the webpage for planning application HGY/2018/1582, the proposal to turn the Tottenham Chances community centre into private flats. This "Statement of Community Involvement / Updated 11 January 2019" can be viewed here: http://www.planningservices.haringey.gov...
The document is unsigned, and contains no explicit indication of its authorship. Would the local authority therefore please describe what is known of the provenance of this document, detailing the individual or entity who authored it, and the method by which it was conveyed to the authority? It was emailed, please provide a copy of the email in which it was sent.
Thanks a lot.
Yours faithfully,
Lucy Beynon

Dear Ms Beynon,
Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8280019
Thank you for your request for information received on 15 January 2019, in
which you asked for the following:
Regarding the additional Statement of Community Involvement - would the
local authority therefore please describe what is known of the provenance
of this document, detailing the individual or entity who authored it, and
the method by which it was conveyed to the authority? It was emailed,
please provide a copy of the email in which it was sent.
My response is as follows:
The additional Statement of Community Involvement (SoCI) was submitted by
ADA Architects following the request of officers. The actual author of the
document is unknown other than it was submitted by ADA Architects and
knowing the specific author is not information that is required by the
Council. A copy of the email with the SoCI attached, is attached to this
email as requested.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Feedback
and Information Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of
this response.)
Yours sincerely,
