Authority to issue planning breach letters

We're waiting for Graham Boyle to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,

After NELC disposed of the Humberston Fitties to Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd, Tingdene issued over 150 planning breach letters to property owners on Humberston Fitties. Please provide the legal basis on which Tingdene were given authority to issue planning breach letters. Also, please provide any minutes of meeting, letters or emails detailing how and when this authority to issue planning breach letters was granted

I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council does not hold any
information in relation to your request.

 

After NELC disposed of the Humberston Fitties to Tingdene Holiday Parks
Ltd, Tingdene issued over 150 planning breach letters to property owners
on Humberston Fitties. Please provide the legal basis on which Tingdene 
were given authority to issue planning breach letters. Also, please
provide any minutes of meeting, letters or emails detailing how and when
this authority to issue planning breach letters was granted.

 

The letters referred to were not issued by Tingdene on behalf of North
East Lincolnshire Council therefore if you have any questions about the
letters, then this should be directed to Tingdene directly as your
landlord.

 

If you believe that your request for information has not been handled in
accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you have the right to
request an internal review by the Council. If you wish to request an
internal review, please write to us detailing the reasons why. Please be
clear about which elements of the Council’s response or handling of the
