Authorisation by the Secretary of State for Transport
Dear Cornwall Council,
To whom it may concern.
Recently a request was made by you to the Secretary of State for
Transport for authorisation and granted GT50/026/0011 7th February 2012.
Could you provide all correspondence which have not been redacted
or if names have to be redacted, the name of the senior officer
that approved the request which was then forwarded by a junior
officer?
Could you please give me the exact location (Town and road name)?
Could you please provide a copy of the TRO for that location?
Could you also provide the number of PCNs that were issued at this
location, before authorisation was granted?
Yours faithfully,
Mrs M Yelland

Dear Gardner Aimee,
I am unable to find the answer to one of the questions which I will repeat here.
How many PCN's were issued in the locations where authorisation was required, before authorisation was granted?
