Dear Mr Stanley,

Please find attached the documents requested for in your Freedom of
Information request.

Please note that since this period the Q3 Academy Trust has merged with
The Mercian Trust and the Q3 board has been disbanded. In addition to
this, Q3 Academy and Trust suffered a massive data loss, that is
referenced in the minutes, meaning available records are limited.
