Dear Catherine
Freedom of Information Act 2000
In order for me to ensure the correct information is supplied, please can
you clarify what you mean by point 2 audit records, do you mean the
records of the inspections for Polesden Lane and Newark Lane which would
detail any safety or adhoc inspections undertaken.
1. Audit records for the training of Highways Inspectors for the years
2019 and 2020?
2. Audit records for the compliance of highways inspections standards by
Highways Inspectors for the years 2019 and 2020.
3. Any training manuals or any other such documents used to train Highways
Inspectors?
To assist you with question 2 above I only require the audit records for
the location of Polesden Lane, Ripley, Surrey and Newark Lane, Ripley,
Surrey.
I look forward to hearing from you with the clarification.
Yours faithfully
