7.1 PEF Online Gateway review 4 findings (ECAC 15/11)
The requested paper is attached and titled '7.1 March 2011 PEF Online Gateway review 4 findings'. There are also three appendices to this paper, these have also been attached and are marked appendix A, B and C

7.2 Annual assessment of information risk management (ECAC 16/11)
The requested paper is attached and titled '7.2 March 2011 Annual assessment information risk management'. We have included, where possible, the supporting documentation that is referred to in the paper for your reference, this is marked 'attachments'. References on pages 9 and 10 to the e-learning package that staff complete has not been included as they link to a secure training programme only accessible by staff.
