Academy trusts in the UK have 20 school days or 60 working days to respond
to a Freedom of Information (FOI) request, whichever is shorter. The 20
working days start from the date the request is received, excluding
non-school days. We will therefore aim to respond to your request within
the statutory timeframe of 20 school days, i.e. by no later than 01
