Dear Mr Smith
I write in relation to your request for information dated 24th February. Please accept my sincere apologies for the time it has taken to respond.
I can confirm that we have a record of a call to ourselves on 5th February to Mount Stuart Square. This is recorded as false alarm - smoke from a smoke machine had actuated the alarm system of the premises.
Although we have recorded that this was being operated by a film crew, we do not have a record on our system of the organisation to whom that crew belonged, and I have not been able to identify any information about any correspondence sent following the event.
