Attendance at Magistrates' Association events by Justices' Clerks or Deputies

The request was refused by HM Courts and Tribunals Service.

Res ipsa Loquitor

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

I am enquiring as to the number and occasions when Justices' Clerks or their deputies have attended national Magistrates' Association events (eg AGM) and their expenses for attendance has been paid for.

In the event that there are any such instances since 2012 to the present , I would like to know:
which events
at what cost
authorised by whom (grade and relationship, not name)

I am not seeking personal data.

Yours faithfully,

Res ipsa Loquitor
