Attendance at Council Offices, Trinity Road
Dear Cotswold District Council,
The Council has eight Cabinet Members including the Leader, all of whom were formally appointed at the 2023 Annual Council meeting.
Please set out on how many days since that meeting that each of the eight Cabinet Members spent time in the Council Offices at Trinity Road, Cirencester. Please supply this in a simple table or CSV/Excel file, based on the data the council holds. This might include information held via Outlook's calendar function, paper diaries, data held via Members' security passes or perhaps a combination of all three. It is not necessary to have an answer that is 100% accurate but it should be possible to publish the data that the authority currently holds.
