Please provide the total number of Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) requests made in respect of Attendance Allowance decisions for a period of 1 year up to the most recent data available.

Please provide the total number of MRs conducted for for Attendance Allowance claims for the same period

For the same period, please confirm how many telephone calls or written queries are received with regard to unsuccessful or low rate awards where the claimant disagrees with the decision.

Please provide the most recent guidance documents for Attendance Allowance Decision Makers dealing with MR requests and queries from claimants about decisions. Also, Guidance Documents around disclosure and working with authorised 3rd party organisations, instructed to act for the claimant
