Dear Hedon Town Council,

It is a legal requirement to provide an answer.

In your answer to my other FOI you showed attendance so I take your response to be a deliberate attempt to avoid your legal responsibility.

If you do not respond you leave me no alternative other than to report you to the information commissioner.
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hedon Town Council's handling of my FOI request 'Attendance'.

Hedon Town Council

Dear Mr Smith

The information you request is freely available on the Hedon Town Council
website (www.hedon.gov.uk). Minutes from the Committee Meetings and Town
Council meetings are available and list at the beginning of the Minutes who
was present at the meeting. Copies of the minutes are also deposited at
Hedon Library for those residents who do not have access to a computer.

In my answer to your enquiry regarding Voting Records I gave you details of
recorded votes which would show who was in attendance when that particular
vote was taken. My legal obligation is to supply information if it is not
accessible by other means, and to give details of where that information can
be accessed if it is freely available.

Councillor attendance at functions is not recorded.

As requested, an internal review of the handling of your FOI request will be
undertaken; this will be carried out by members of the Council.
