Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Atos Deaths'.

Further to my recent correspondence in respect of this request I do
not seem to have had a reply which is very disappointing to say the
least. As a tax payer, I would have appreciated a timely response
that was in line with existing foi law.
Perhaps you can re-instil my faith in this government by replying?

You need to be careful about the language you use when communicating with the DWP (despite it being entirely justified). It could reply claiming that you are being Vexatious and refuse to answer your request. The ICO has clear guidance on his website regarding Vexatious requests.

The country of England does not have the same mechanism as Scotland for the explanation of deaths caused by the government. What does this tell us? All we need to know about the Conservative Party, Iain Duncan-Smith, David Cameron and all their friends. They do not want you to know how many of your fellow civilian subjects they've killed. They are now going to cut benefits to the poor, sick, dispossessed and disabled as though nothing has happened, so watch this space.
