Asylum and cerfue by tagging monitoring

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ministry of Justice,
I Reza Etesamifard and Iranian national D.O.B 10/07/1980
I came in UK at 10/03/2004 and apply for asylum at same day but till now I couldn't get any state from UK immigration .I been to prison for 6 month sentence related to my situation at that time(be homeless for 4 years with out no support and also suffering from mental health and also had a addiction problem )sentence at 17/07/2012 .expiry at 28/01/2013 and licence expiry was at 28/01/2013 but I never been realise and I been kept in same prison till 12/11/2013 as a detainee and then realise on bail with tagging monitoring and till present day I am steal on tagging and curfew. all I want is to be with my [partner who home office know we are together for more than 6 years and also she is part of EE national and I believe I am also title to get my EE citizenship .all this time from day I being to prison till now I did clean my self from addiction and dos everything I been told by home office .but its nearly 16 month now I am on tagging and curfew ,please let me know what can I do and for how long I must be in this situation ,its 12 years now I came to England and all this time I never was allow to work or do anything ,in some time also I been left with out any support or accommodation more than 4 years.
