Assurance that provision for Children with EHCP is matched by commissioner funding

Dear Creative Education Trust,

Can you confirm whether you are currently in discussion with Stoke on Trent City Council in relation to funding levels for Individual Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) that relate to potential underfunding.

If the answer to the question above is Yes, can you tell me how many individual child discussions you are having/have had in this academic year.

If the answer to the question is No, can you provide details on how you assure trustees and parents that the EHCP funding you receive matches the requirements of Section F of the child's EHCP, the Code of Practice and ultimately the Children and Families Act. For example, this may be in the form of provision maps.
