Dear ScotRail Trains Limited,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act.

When your Assisted Travel team, based at Journeycall in Arbroath, receive an assisted travel request from passengers they will sometimes have questions which need to be answered - and will contact cthe passenger by phone or email.

Your website doesn't state what the team's email address is - until 31st March it was abelliopa[at]journeycall.com - but, given that ScotRail is no longer operated by Abellio, I suspect this address is no longer appropriate.

Could you please disclose the new email address? You may hold this information, for example, in the technical settings of your website (e.g. on the assisted travel webform [1] - where responses are sent to said email address), or in the form of records held by your Accessibility and Inclusion team.

Please note: It is not valid to respond by indicating that the webform is available - this allows a passenger to make a booking; it does not allow them to make a query regarding an existing booking - and the only contact detail available to passengers on either the website or PA booking emails is a telephone number, which is not accessible to all.

I look forward to your response at the earliest opportunity.

Yours faithfully,

Bob Packard
