Dear London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine,

It has been pointed out to me that the link to the background briefing in our FOI request was broken. Please accept my sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. This link should now be working: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GMzH...

Yours sincerely,

Sarai Keestra

Dear London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Southampton's handling of my FOI request 'Assessment of the licensing and patenting practices of UK's leading medical research institutions'.
The time frame set by law for responding to this FOI request has expired and is currently 14 days (10 working days) overdue. I have not received any clarification as to why my FOI request has been delayed.

Please note that UAEM is planning to compile their global health ranking during the second half of December. The majority of the universities we sent FOI requests to have responded within the legal timeframe. We are therefore highly unlikely to be able to take into account information supplied after the 7th of December. We may be forced to score the university with 0 points on all dimensions if you cannot provide the information requested in our FOI by the 7th of December.

Therefore, I urge you to prioritise responding to this FOI request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Sarai Keestra
