Assessment of Emotional Harm

Please provide the following information you hold under FOIA
1. All training CAFCASS FCA’s have undertaken in Emotional Harm ‘since their employment with CAFCASS commenced ? [please do not supply me with any qualifications in general social work but only training in emotional harm undertaken within their CAFCASS employment] please include a copy of the training modules in emotional harm (specifically emotional harm please do not supply related modules)
2. Of that training please supply the completion rates year on year since it’s provision
3. Please provide the assessment the FCA would access i.e template, guidance, tools they use to make an analysis of
a. symptoms of emotional harm
b. manifestations of Emotional harm
and how they identify these A & B in
1. The child(REN)
2. The applicant in proceedings
3. The defendant in proceedings
4. Vulnerable adults.
Please keep the scope of this request specifically to the questions and if you do not hold any of the information please state this clearly. ( please do not supply information about general social work qualifications).

I am writing to request an internal review of Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service's handling of my FOI request 'Assessment of Emotional Harm'.
Please supply all of the information I requested, if emotional harm is identified by an FCA In CAFCASS risk and harm used in assessment please provide the information i.e the full risk and harm module, guidance, training, assessment and any other documents/ guidance trying FCA’s use to document emotional abuse.

Thank you for your email which let us know that you were unhappy with the
decision made in the FOI response of CAF 19-138 and requested a review of
the decision.
This email serves to acknowledge that your request was received on 06

A Senior Officer who was not party to the original decision on whether to
release the information will conduct the internal review. An internal
review involves a review of the decision on disclosure in the original

Thank you for your email.
The storyboard of the Risk and Harm eLearning module is the full eLearning
module. The storyboard contains all the information and activities
including if a participant was to select any of the possible correct or
incorrect answers to questions in the activities in the modules.
Cafcass does not have a 'blank' version of the eLearning storyboard.
Cafcass does not hold the requested information; as a response to this
request would require the creation of new information, the request is not
valid under the Freedom of Information Act.
