Assessment and award of Gas Safe Contract

Robert King made this Freedom of Information request to Health and Safety Executive

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Health and Safety Executive should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

I am writing under the freedom of information act to request information regarding the awarding of the Gas Safe Contract.

1. When was the successful party informed of their sub mission being awarded the contract? Date please?

2. On what date did the meeting take place to consider the tenders submitted by tendering parties? Date please? Was the decision take and ratified at that meeting on the same day? Date please?

3. Can we have a copy of the scoring matrix/criteria of all tendering parties to understand the awarding of the contract?

4. Can we have a copy of the KPI reports and criteria over the current Gas Safe contract which is drawing to a close please to see how HSEGB view CGRAS performance?

5. Can we have a copy of the proposed KPI's for the proposed new CGRAS contract to enable the trade to assess CGRAS performance in the future given the disaster which has been the last ten years in GB?

6. Can CGRAS sublet roles within the present and new contract? What measures are in place to insure sub letting is not a back door to funnel profits out the back door?

Thanking you in advance for your clear transparent answers delivered in a timely manner without stalling tactics which HSEGB have been influenced by HSENI to employ.

Yours faithfully,

Robert King

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Health and Safety Executive's handling of my FOI request 'Assessment and award of Gas Safe.

We have ground to believe there in misconduct in public office by not answering the FOI request to cover up possible criminal activity in awarding of the contract as personnel of the successful organisation boasted what was going to happen month in advance of the return of the tenders let alone the award. HSEGB has refused to release the current contract of the KPI’s of the contract which is drawing to a close or what is agreed for the future contract and given fraud in NI contract of charging for services not delivered, no public awareness which is paid for registered business cannot consider renewing registration until the trade have in microscopic detail what they can expect for their fees and roles and actions CHRAS are meant to under take.

We have seen incident where a local inspector had to beg and borrow equipment to attend a reported Co incident raising the resourcing of the operation.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

I am writing to request an internal review of Health and Safety Executive's handling of my FOI request 'Assessment and award of Gas Safe contract.

I am now contacting NIAO as I believe HSENI is covering up crouption and fraud along based on CGRAS charging for services not delivered in NI. I have been subjected to victimisation by refusing to answer FOI’s to conceal their actions. Currently preparing papers for PSNI as advised by Mr L O Neill.

Information has been leaked resulting in threats to me and personal information shared in breech of GDPR. I will not contact the ICO as HSENI fail not only in their primary role but also in information handling as well.

Dear Mr King

Please can you explain on what basis you wish to appeal the HSE's response to your FOI request. This is not clear to me from what you have outlined below. Any issues you have with HSENI would be separate to any issues you have with our response to your request. It would be helpful if you can outline what specifically is the issue with the response that you have received from us.

Regards

Helen
