Re: Freedom of Information request on assessing disability in work-related musculoskeletal injuries

In line with the Freedom of Information Act I would be grateful if you could provide:

1) The outcome scale/s used by Occupational Therapy medical doctors to assess disability in work-related musculoskeletal industrial injuries.

2) Please list in detail any medical evidence (retrospective or prospective studies, trials, metanalysis of trials, expert opinion published in peer-reviewed journals) used by Occupational Therapy medical doctors to evaluate the natural progression of degenerative cervical spondylosis or intervertebral disc disease.

3) Please list in detail any medical evidence (retrospective or prospective studies, trials, metanalysis of trials, expert opinion published in peer-reviewed journals) used by Occupational Therapy medical doctors to assess the impact of work-related trauma on the natural progression of degenerative cervical spondylosis or intervertebral disc disease.

I would be grateful for an answer within the specified time limits (usually 20 working days).
