Ask for return my passport

DO Quan made this Freedom of Information request to UK Border Agency

UK Border Agency did not have the information requested.

From: DO Quan

7 February 2012

Dear UK Border Agency,

My name is Quan Do.
On 31 October 2010, I made my application for further leave to
remain in the UK as a Tier 4 (General) student migrant to study. I
received acknowledgement letter from the UK Border Agency, dated 02
November 2010.
On 18 March 2011, the UKBA refused my application. All my original
documents had been held.
I made appeal which had been heard on Tuesday, 10 May 2011 at IAC
Taylor House, 88 Rosebery Avenue, London, EC1R 4QU.

I have already finished my study. I would like to ask for return my
passport in order to go back my country. I humbly request to the
UKBA to consider my circumstance and allow me to get back my
passport, please.

Please show me the way to get back my passport. I tried to call
UKBA but they ask me to write a letter. But I do not know how to do
that. Please help me.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

DO Quan
