Dear Aneurin Bevan University Health Board,

I would like to enquire wether i have access to My grandmother’s patient
file for St cadoc’s Mental hospital Caerleon, i know a few of these are
held by the archives however surely these are viewable with given evidence
of relation and authority considering its passed nearly 50 years since her
death
