Asda Car Park, Bolton Street, Chorley

The request was successful.

Dear Chorley Borough Council,

1. Has planning permission been granted for ANPR cameras to be installed at Asda, Bolton Street, Chorley, by Town & City Parking or Smart Parking Limited?

2. What allowance was given for parking on the site when the initial planning permission was granted?

3. Are there permissions for time limits?

4. Does the rateable value of the property now reflect the fact that income is generated from the car park?

5. Is the Council's Rates Valuation Officer now aware that this car park is now being used to generate revenue and will the officer be reviewing the rates that Asda should be paying now that the car park is no longer free ?

Yours faithfully,

Sarah Graber
