Mr R Smith made this Freedom of Information request to Powys County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

We're waiting for Mr R Smith to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Powys Council,

The Councils Asbestos Management Plan.

Any Asbestos Policies & Procedures.

Also, an example of the way in which the council procures its asbestos services from external contractors via the tendering process. i.e. An example of a 'Tender Specification' document or similar which would be sent out to Asbestos Removal Contractors/Surveyors etc asking them to respond/tender/bid etc

I can appreciate that these questions and info may take some time for the council to respond to.

Yours faithfully,

Mr R Smith
