Asbestos: HM Prison Blundeston

Dear Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons,

I act for former employees of Blundeston Prison who have sadly contracted asbestos related diseases (allegedly) as a consequence of their work. Both were employed at the Prison from 1963 until they retired.

Pursuant to Freedom of Information rights, please provide me with copies of the following documents/ information relating to HM Prison Blundeston.

1. All Asbestos Registers for the Prison/site (current and historic)
2. All Asbestos Surveys for the Prison/site (current and historic)
3. All Asbestos air Tests for the Prison
4. All Permit to Work Documentation for the Prison/Site
5. Details of the Contractors who undertook Asbestos Surveys
6. Details of the Contractors who were contracted to remove asbestos at the Prison site, dates etc
7. Details of complaints, about the presence of asbestos on the Prison site
8. All minutes, memos, emails relating to discussions about the presence of asbestos at the Prison site
9. Details of all maintenance, removal and remedial work records relating to asbestos for the premises (current and historic)
