Dear J Heinz

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000

Thank you for your email of 10^th April 2014 where you requested
information about Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) reports made to Leicester
City Council.

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification as currently your
request is too wide.

We require further information in order to identify and locate the
information you have asked for as we receive many reports of ASB in lots
of areas within the Council, it would be impossible for us to collate all
this information within the permitted timescale.

In particular, it would be useful to know what particular types of ASB
reports are you looking for and from what area in the Council, for example
ASB relating to noise complaints, which would be held by our noise team.

Once you have clarified your request, we will be able to reconsider your
request.  If this clarification is not received within three months your
request will be considered to have lapsed.  Under section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with
a request unless any further information reasonably required to locate the
information is supplied.

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.

Yours sincerely

Dear Leicester City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Leicester City Council's handling of my FOI request 'ASB reports made to LCC - how many concluded'.

Thank you for your reply.
You stated that (Quote):
"From 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013 there have been 1184 cases of Antisocial behaviour which have been opened and closed where LASBU has had involvement. "

Does this number of 1184 cases includes my till today 582 reported cases of antisocial behaviour to Leicester City Council ?
if „yes“ - we do not have any correspondence regarding that;
if „no“ - what is the reason why our reports are not open and closed by LASBU.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

J. Heinz
