Dear Mr Sims

I write in connection with your request for information dated 25^th August
under the Freedom of Information Act.

Specifically you asked:

South Gloucestershire between July 2017 and August 2017. General
information only - reference to specific incidents can be excluded.

#2. External communication regarding anti-social behaviour in Thornbury,
South Gloucestershire between July 2017 and August 2017. General

Our response

Your request has been considered and I regret to advise you that your
request is refused because we estimate that the cost of retrieving the
requested information would exceed the cost limits under the Act which is
currently set at £450 or 18 staff hours work.  This letter represents a
Refusal Notice under the Act.

This is because the information requested in your first two questions is
not centrally recorded.

A general search with the criteria “anti-social behaviour” or “ASB” of our
email system, has returned 63, 733 results for the time period stated.
Each would need to be assessed to establish if they were relevant to your
request. It is estimated it would take longer than 18 hours to comply.

Yours sincerely

Rebecca Pritchard
