ARV Equipment / Pangolin Use

Alex Walters made this Freedom of Information request to Merseyside Police and Crime Commissioner

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Merseyside Police and Crime Commissioner did not have the information requested.

Dear Merseyside Police and Crime Commissioner,

I would like to request a list of equipment stored in Armed Response Vehicles in Merseyside Police, if possible, could this list also include all firearms carried by Authorised Firearms Officers, from their holstered pistol to the firearms that need additional training like the sniper rifle etc.
Further to this, I would also like to know what criteria should be met for the deployment of a Pangolin armoured vehicle and what other operational uses the Pangolin has.

Yours faithfully,
Alex Walters.
