Dear ICO Casework,
I am disappointed that you have not responded to my FOIA request promptly and no later than 28 May 2021. I note the pandemic reference, however this is a straightforward request for information about numbers making similar art 5 GDPR complaints- the reliance on the pandemic surprises me.
