Article 4 areas
Dear Boston Borough Council,
Hello,
My partner and I are in the process of negotiating on a property which at the moment is a 3 bed semi detached. If successful and we are accepted on our offer, we would like to turn it into a 6 bed HMO. I am asking whether Carlton Road PE21 8NP is within an Article 4 area? I have had a look on the councils website and can only see an area covering Spilsby Road?
Please could you clarify this for me,
Yours faithfully,
Arti Magdani
