i request to see any correspondence between the proposed Watford Council developers and representatives including Nabarros and any internal and external correspondences between Council Officers or members relating to the Article 4 Direction in Willow Lane / Pest Lane Watford.

1. Please can you show and clarify the photo details that Neil Farnsworth mention on the 16th April 2014 report concerning the Article 4 in willow lane the fencing adjacent De-Beers House and adjacent the unadopted road (pest house lane) Willow Lane is 1m high
