As set out by the Freedom of Information Act it will be our aim to respond

In order to answer your request please can we clarify a couple of points:

• Are you requesting the total number of individuals arrested or number of arrest charges (i.e. 1 person can be arrested for multiple drug offences).
• please note that the data we obtain will be from custody records based on cannabis-related offences. 2014 is the earliest data we can produce.
