Dear Roger Brace

Thank you for your reply. I understand your reasons for refusal.
Following our phone conversation, I would like to withdraw the following requests:
FOI Ref: 096/14 – Briefing document - protest at Balcombe
FOI Ref: 097/14 –Minutes of strategic co-ordinating group meeting - protest at Balcombe

You suggested that this might allow for the remaining request to be considered within the time limit set by the Act.
I confirm that I should grateful if you would continue to consider FOI Ref: 161/14 – Arrests and charges S.5 Public Order Act - protest at Balcombe

Thanks again for your help and for the previous prompt responses.

With best wishes
