Dear HM Treasury,

I am writing to ask for information regarding arrangements by ministers, their political staff, and the permanent secretary for the transfer of information regarding to the work of the public authority from non-corporate communication channels to corporate systems.

1) In the past 4 years, what arrangements have been made by ministers and their political advisors, and the permanent secretary, to transfer relevant information from non-corporate communication channels to corporate systems?

2) In the past 4 years, with what frequency has information held by ministers, their political staff, and the permanent secretary, been transferred from non-corporate communication channels to corporate systems?

Yours faithfully,

George Simpson
