Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

In Memo ADM 22/20 (para 2) it was indicated that Administrative exercise would be undertaken to review cases in the light of SSWP v MM, [2019] UKSC

Please could you advise:
1) When this exercise commenced/will commence
2) The Criteria used to reassess the existing cases
3) Of the nature of the exercise (3.g. paper only, writing to claimant's possibly affected etc.)
3) If this process has commenced
i) How many cases have been assessed to date
ii) When is it expected that the exercise will complete
iii) How many cases assessed to date have been changed
a) from descriptor b to c
b) from descriptor c to b
c) other changes of descriptor increasing points
d) other changed of descriptor decreasing points
4) As a result of the exercise
i) How many awards have not changed
ii) How many awards have increased from Standard to Enhanced rate
iii) How many awards have increased from no award to a standard award
iv) How many awards have increased from no award to an enhanced award
v) How many awards have decreased
