For the attention of OHID

1. Please provide me with the Job Title of the member of staff in OHID who is responsible for having an oversight of deliveries (via the UK distributor) to fluoridating water companies of hexafluorosilicic acid.
2. Has that member of staff arranged for a consignment of hexafluorosilicic acid to be delivered to Williamsgate Water Treatment Works in West Cumbria?
3. Has the consignment been delivered yet to Williamsgate WTW and if so, what was the date when it was delivered.
4. Does OHID have a copy of the Certificate of Compliance for the delivery of the consignment to Williamsgate WTW if there has been a delivery? If so, please let me see a copy of the Certificate.
5. Which UK organisation is responsible for ensuring that the hexafluorosilicic acid is compliant with the maximum values for the chemical parameters stipulated in BSEN 12175:2022 ?

I wish to query your response to q.1 of my FoI request:
"Please provide me with the Job Title of the member of staff in OHID who is responsible for having an oversight of deliveries (via the UK distributor) to fluoridating water companies of hexafluorosilicic acid."

OHID has the responsibility for coordinating the Water Fluoridation programme. This includes ensuring that the distributor (ICGL Ltd?) is efficient at delivering tankers containing H2SiF6 on a "just in time" basis.

Q1. was a simple enough question and I do not see the need to involve United Utilities in answering a question which is to do with ALL fluoridating water companies and which can be answered by OHID.

So, please answer Q1.
