Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

This is a request for the release of the arrangements relating to the council's installation and use of audio/visual broadcasting equipment for use in connection with civic meetings and the production of "Cambridgeshire County Council’s Live Web Stream".

I would like to request the release of;

* any contracts relating to the purchase / lease / installation / use of the equipment and details of any financial transactions which may have been made in connection with the arrangements.

* information on how those other than the full council holding events in rooms equipped with the equipment in question can make use of it. (Material advertising the facilities, price lists, details of transactions, requests made and the council's response.)

* information on the system itself, its specifications and protocols for using it, provided to councillors, including meeting chairs, and officers responsible for servicing and advising meetings.

* correspondence with the service provider relating to the performance of the system.

This request relates only to the currently installed equipment and systems.
