Rupert Moss-Eccardt

Dear Cambridgeshire Constabulary,

Can you please let me have copies of any agreements, contracts or understandings between you and the OPCC covering the provision of services and support.

For example, if you are providing a mail service to the Office then I would like to see any letters or orders procuring that service, any agreement about that service and subsidiary elements such as a SAL or AUP.

Could you also list those services which are provided but without any agremeent.

Yours faithfully,

Rupert Moss-Eccardt

Cambridgeshire Constabulary

All the arrangements are informal. This probably breaks the software licences and agreements with suppliers but who is going to enforce against the police?
