Could you provide me with the blazon and date of grant of the council's
armorial bearings? You will find these on the letters patent granting the
arms. It may be simpler for you to photograph the relevant sections.

We do not hold the information requested in respect of the preceding
authorities of Islwyn Borough Council and Rhymney Valley District Council.
However, information of this nature may be held by Glamorgan and Gwent
