Dear Ministry of Defence,

Regarding national and local events for Armed Forces Day 2024, could you please provide the following:

1. All bids received from local authorities to hold a national AFD event for 2024.
2. The arrangements for the national AFD event for 2024.
3. Please provide documentation of how the decision about the hosting of this year's national event was made, e.g. meeting minutes.
4. All applications for a 2024 AFD grant received for local events and other projects. Please show the amount each bid was for and if it was successful.
5. The total value of the 2024 AFD grant available.
