Could I please request any armed forces bill committee minutes prior to the introduction of the the 2006 armed forces act. I am interested in finding out any information about when the Armed Forces Summary hearing was first given authority to carry out criminal proceedings. Any information or suggestions of where to find it would be very much appreciated.
