CHARLES SPENCER

Dear NHS Blood and Transplant,
Whilst I reviewing you list of probably causes for not being able to give BLOOD, I came across the follow:
ANTI NERVE GAS INJUECTION MILITARY PERSONNEL
After clicking on this a box appears saying SORRY you need more information about this, and you need to speak to us etc, and that we may have to be referred to a CRISIS REFFERRAL TEAM etc
I would have thought more would be said in the open about this, mainly it likely that present or ex-members of the ARMED FORCES know nothing about this, and also may have been given this without THEIR CONSENT or KNOWLEDGE, thus unaware completely that they had this injection and passing it on to others.
The facts are that from 1950 to 1989 with APPROVAL from the SITTING PRIME MINISTERS, the MINISTRY of DEFENCE at PORTON DOWN carried our BANNED NERVE/GAS/CHEMICAL EXPERIMENTS on over 20,000 UNSUSPECTING SERVICE PEOPLE who had been duped in LAW to believe they where going there to help in the research to the COMMON COLD when HMG/MOD and their EMPLOYERs the MOD had DELIBERATELY LIED to THEM, it was RESEARCH in to the use of SARIN etc.
In 1953, on 6th May Corporal Ronald Maddison in believing he again being used to find a cure for the COMMON CPOLD was MURDERED by HMG and the MOD, he was given SARIN, a UNLAWFUL SUBSTANCE in LAW, and banned by the NURENBERG CODE 1948.
This Sarin MURDERED him, and it took 55 years for a JURY to FIND HMG/MOD GUILTY of HIS MURDER, but they still carried out more and more tests until said to be stopped in 1989.
The question is that service people were always being given injections and if asked what is in them.. threatened with disciplinary action etc.
So NHS Blood and Transplant, under a FOI REQUEST to YOU, I ask for FULL DISCLOSURE on what you have with regards to this
ANTI NERVE GAS INJECTION which you have grave concerns about , and asking those who may have had it, speak with you. The question really is NHS blood and Transplant , who would know if they had this at all...has the MOD have been found GUILTY after 55 years of lying about the DEATH of RONALD MADDISON, once a LIAR, always a LIAR and people have a RIGHT to know if they had such a injection...especially if they had no knowledge of this, and the contents of the INJECTIONS being given, and then questions to be asked why the MOD did not inform those it giving these injections to, that they being given a ANTI NERVE AGENT INJECTION.
Thus please provide me with a FULL ANSWER to MY FOI request made out to you about this ANTI NERVE GAS INJECTION .
I am a former ROYAL NAVY PETTY OFFICER and had a few severe reactions when given double injections by the ROYAL NAVY... etc, and was I ever given this INJECTION with out my knowledge and CONSENT.
From my medical records from the ROYAL NAVY , the first part documents showing my injections is missing, they not answer me why.. but on the 20-10-1966 approx was given a massive injection with 8 or 10 needles in it, and injected with all the substances these needles contained.

Yours faithfully,
Charles Ernest Spencer 26-05-2020
